Statistics – access analysis
How did a visitor find my website? What are the keywords he entered into the search engine?
The statistics records all traffic on your homepage. This way, you can examine all visits to your website on a per month, day or hour basis, analysing the user traffic and many things more.
The access analysis is an important tool for example for shop operators who can check the effectiveness of advertisements and external links from other pages.
Traffic, number of visits
In editing mode click 
Statistics -> Traffic. The overview displays the number of visits per month, the visited sites and the used capacity.
To see a detailed analysis which is available for each month, click on Details.
The detailed view shows visits per day hour as well as the countries your visitors are coming from. Another useful tool is the search category. Here you can see which search term a visitor entered to find your website. With this information you are able to optimise your keyword lists.
Through the category ‘top sites’ you can see which pages of your website received the most hits.
The access analysis gets refreshed once a day.
Single visitor analysis
In addition to the statistic analysis the bluetronix software has the single visitor analysis to offer. This shows you access of single visitors (over the last 30 days) and their reference search engine. You can use this tool to optimise your shop system or the menu navigation. Because you see the search engines linking you, you can use this information to optimise your site to be even more search engine friendly.
To start the single visitor analysis tool go to Statistics -> Single visitor analysis. Select a date and press Start .
The single visitor analysis lists all visitors by their IP address. You can see the visited page and the remained time of each visitor. You can see if a search engines referenced your website. Further information about the visitors like their browser or country of origin is available, too.
This function is live and shows all data immediately.

The single visitor analysis allows you to answer these questions. Start the tool by clicking on Statistics -> Single visitor analysis. Select a date and click Start.
To each 
person there is their IP address and country attributed. The search engine linked to you is listed in the next row. If this field is left empty it means the website address got entered into the browser’s address bar by the user. By clicking on the search engine name you can see more details about entered keywords. The result can be viewed as seen in the picture below. Thus you can analyse the listing position of your search engine entry.
Space management
The space manager shows you how much of the web space is already used for files, e-mails and databases.
Take care not to exceed the space limit. If you are near the space limit, you might want to upgrade to a higher subscription or you must delete some files. If you exceed the limit the editing mode will be locked automatically.
